Wear swimwear or quick‑dry sports clothing that you are happy to get wet, plus a light windbreaker in cooler months, and bring a full change of clothes for after the tour.​

For your SUP tour, pack:

• Drinking water (at least 750 ml), reef‑safe sunscreen, hat and sunglasses
• Sun‑protective swimwear or rash guard, aqua shoes or water sandals
• Light snacks if you like, waterproof phone case, and a small dry or waterproof bag for valuables
  Life jackets and SUP boards are provided, so you mainly need to prepare sun protection, hydration, and clothing that dries quickly.
